Questions fabricators ask
Is my shop's data visible to anyone else?
No. Your catalogue, rate card, customers, projects, quotes and invoices are private to your shop and are never readable by another shop on the platform.
Do I need to enter every profile and rate before I can use it?
No. Start from a starter template, put in sensible rate-card defaults, and refine the numbers later. You can quote while you tune.
Does it handle aluminium and uPVC?
Yes. Systems are defined by you — profiles, cut formulas, hardware, reinforcement — so both material families are supported.
Are the invoices actually GST-compliant?
They follow the tax-invoice format — your GSTIN and the buyer's, HSN/SAC, place of supply, the 18% works-contract rate as CGST+SGST or IGST, and round-off to the rupee. Proforma and credit-note series are kept separate, and running numbers are gap-free within each financial year.
Do I still need Tally or my accountant?
FabSuite produces the invoice paperwork — proforma, tax invoice, credit note — and tracks what's been paid. You or your accountant still file the returns; export the figures when it's time.
Can my staff see my margins?
No. The cost breakdown and the rate card are Owner-only. Staff can build windows and raise quotes without seeing your buying prices or margin.
What if I already have my own cutting formulas?
You define each system's cut deductions and formulas. The optimizer and the costing engine use your numbers, not ours.
What happens after the free trial?
You move to the ₹999/month plan. Nothing is charged automatically during the 30-day trial, and no card is needed to start.
Can more than one person in my shop use it?
Yes. Invite staff with their own logins; the Owner controls the rate card and settings.
