Your catalogue, your rate card, your customers, your margins — this page describes exactly how that data is kept separate and controlled, in plain terms, not legal boilerplate.

Your data stays yours, and stays separate

Every shop on FabSuite is a separate tenant. Every query the system runs is scoped to your shop — your catalogue, rate card, customers, projects, quotes and invoices are never readable by another shop on the platform. This isn't a policy promise layered on top; it's enforced at the database level on every request.

Access is controlled inside your own shop too

Owner and Staff accounts see different things by design. Staff can build windows and raise quotes without ever seeing your rate card, your margins, or what things cost you — that data stays Owner-only.

Encrypted in transit

Every connection to FabSuite runs over HTTPS. Nothing you send — a customer's details, a quote, a payment record — travels unencrypted.

Passwords are never stored in plain text

Every password, for every account, is one-way hashed before it's stored. Nobody at FabSuite — including us — can look up or recover your actual password.

We don't sell or share your data

FabSuite is software you use, not a marketplace. Your leads, customers and pricing stay in your account. They are never sold, pooled, or shared with another shop, a supplier, or anyone else.

If you ever leave

Cancelling doesn't delete your data immediately. There's a 30-day grace period after a deletion request before anything is permanently removed, so a change of mind — or an accidental click — doesn't cost you your records.
